For event organizers

Run a market or festival? Fill your booths.

Post your call-for-vendors and get it in front of Bay Area & Santa Cruz makers — matched to the events that fit them, not just listed.

Free to list during the beta

Why organizers list here

  • Matched, not just listed

Vendors here don't scroll a firehose — the matching engine ranks your event for each maker by what they make, where they sell and how far they travel. Better-fit applicants, less churn.

  • Hand-verified means trusted

Every listing is checked against your website before it goes live. Vendors have been burned by scam fairs; a verified call-for-vendors is why they apply with confidence.

  • Found by search & AI assistants

Every event page ships real HTML with structured data (JSON-LD and llms.txt) — so your event can be the answer when someone asks Google, ChatGPT or Claude about markets near them that weekend.

What your listing includes

Everything a vendor needs to say yes — the details that make them commit a booth fee.

  • A dedicated event page with your details and application link
  • Placement in vendor matching (ranked by fit) and the public browse directory
  • Booth fee, application deadline and categories shown upfront
  • Closed applications flagged automatically once your deadline passes
  • Recurring events carried with their cadence rather than expiring
  • Real-HTML event pages with structured data for search and AI assistants
  • Corrections and updates anytime — one email, fixed within a day

Organizer Intelligence report

How your event actually performed for the people who paid for a booth: vendor mix, booth-link scan counts, and — as vendors log their own recaps — sales and conversion aggregates across the day. Sold per event, delivered as a report you can hand to sponsors and city partners. We are onboarding a first cohort of Bay Area and Santa Cruz events.

Organizer FAQ

How much does a listing cost?

Nothing during the beta. Vendors never pay to browse or apply either — our future organizer products are how localfit earns, not listing paywalls.

How do you verify my event?

We cross-reference your submission against the event or application URL you give us and public sources before publishing. That verification is exactly why vendors trust listings here.

How do vendors find my event?

Three ways: ranked vendor matching, the public browse directory, and search and AI assistants — every event page is server-rendered with structured data.

Can I update or correct my listing?

Yes — email hello@localfit.events and we will fix it, typically within a day. Organizer self-serve editing comes with organizer accounts later.

Do applications go through localfit?

No — vendors apply through your own application link. You keep your existing process; we send you better-fit applicants.
