About this event
The Santa Rosa stop of the Harvest Festival circuit of juried, handmade-only art and craft shows, held on a Friday and Saturday at the Sonoma County Event Center. Shoppers pay admission at the door, and the show adds daily cash drawings and live music on a stage to bring in a holiday-season crowd. Exhibitors are juried for handmade work, with some categories such as jewelry, bath and specialty foods capped, and booths come with a back wall and electrical service. Each show on the organizer's circuit is booked as its own selection on the shared application form, with its own booth prices.

What the organizer asks for
- Seller's permit
- Juried
- Original work only
A California seller's permit is required (a temporary event permit is allowed; specialty food exhibitors do not need one). Work must meet the organizer's handmade criteria; MLM companies are not allowed. General liability insurance is not required but strongly recommended. Standard booths need a side drape, which is the exhibitor's responsibility. Jewelry, bath and specialty food categories are limited and full categories go to a waiting list.
